In the village of MANZAC SUR VERN
La Grange Couture is just on the edge of Manzac-sur-Vern, a small, friendly and authentic village. The village grocery shop, which also is a tobaconnist and newsagent, has a choice of local produce, excellent bread – an ideal place to shop without having to take you car. On Tuesday afternoons, on the village square is a small local market from 4 to 7 p.m. (times may vary).
To eat out, there are two restaurants which are accessible on foot. L’Estaminet and Le Lion D’Or. Both restaurants both have outdoor shaded terraces.

There are supermarkets less than 15 minutes by car (Intermarché in Neuvic, Leclerc & Lidl in Saint Astier). You also have a choice of restaurants and cafés in Saint Astier and Neuvic. For other purchases, in case you have forgotten to pack something, there is a shopping area with a large variety of shops only 20 minutes away at Marsac.
At La Grange Couture we have all the advantages of the calm countryside without the disadvantage of being very remote .
